Dr. Rutkowsky, Optometrist, serving Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice, FLDr. Rutkowsky is a Board Certified Optometric physician who has been in general practice since 1980 specializing in low vision care, complex eyeglass prescriptions and specialty contact lens fitting.

He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry and earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He then became a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry with an emphasis in low vision.

He is associated with Ophthalmic Consultants, Drs. Snyder and Runge, in Sarasota and Venice and provides low vision services to their Vitreoretinal practice.
